Scope of Work

A hosting support service designed to keep your home tidy and running smoothly while you entertain.
Task completion depends on the hours booked, and your requirements and priorities shared with our hosting support crew.

Here’s what's included:

Pre-Event Preparation
  • Light setup such as arranging tables, chairs, decorations, buffet layouts, or drink stations
  • Basic cleaning such as wipe-down, vacuuming and mopping of the hosting areas.
  • Laying the table with silverware, napkins, cutlery, fresh tablesheets (to be provided by customer)
  • Support simple food plating and presentation (non-cooking tasks only).

During the Party
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness throughout the event (e.g. clearing used plates, wiping spills, emptying bins discreetly).
  • Assist with serving light refreshments or drinks to guests.
  • Keep guest bathrooms clean and stocked (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels).
  • Attend to light guest assistance tasks (e.g. showing directions to the bathroom, refilling icebox, etc).

Post-Event Clean-up
  • Collect and dispose of trash properly.
  • Wash, dry, and store used utensils and tableware.
  • Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, counters, and floors.Restore furniture layout to original state.
  • Perform a final clean (including spot cleaning of visible stains or spills) of main hosting areas.

Important Note:

Nimbus will provide basic cleaning chemicals, cloths, sponges, dusters, and squeegees.

Customers are required to provide any required large equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, ladder (if required), along with any decorations, linens, or items they wish to have replaced or used during the service.

We Do This

General cleaning of your home, including dusting and wiping of shelves, furniture and windows. vacuuming and mopping of floors,  and giving your home a visible refresh.
This service is not a deep cleaning project with heavy-duty equipment and chemical descaling.

If you require a deep cleaning service, please book our Deep Cleaning Service instead
Light housekeeping tasks like dishwashing, small garbage disposal, changing curtains, bedsheets, and cushion covers, and doing the laundry (including ironing and folding).
We don’t provide the linens and do not handwash laundry for sanitary reasons
Our crew can help to clean silverware, dishware, and assist with festive decorations like setting up Christmas trees, CNY ornaments, or Hari Raya décor.
We don’t provide the supplies or decorations, and do not perform chemical silverware polishing
Wash dishes, wipe tables, mop floors, clear bins, and reset your space so it feels fresh again to host your next celebration
This service is not a deep cleaning project with heavy-duty equipment and chemical descaling.
