A waterproof cleaning bag is installed to collect wastewater while sensitive electrical components are protected.
A biodegradable non-toxic alkaline solution is applied to the coils and blower to dissolve grease, mould, and dirt buildup.
The coils and blower fan are flushed using high-pressure water to remove loosened contaminants.
The drainage system is flushed, an anti-mould solution is applied, and the unit is reassembled and tested.

To file a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service with evidence of the damage and proof that it was caused by our service. Once the claim is verified, you have two options for repair or replacement:
