In general, the Personal Data which is collected from you shall be processed in compliance with the PDPA. We share your data with our Data Intermediaries or other third-party service providers used by us to the extent necessary for them to provide their services.

  • information when you book a cleaning service such as your service address
  •  Information about your use of our website and mobile app, such as your IP address, browser type, and device type.
  • Information about your location when you use our mobile app.
  • Information we receive from third parties, such as payment processors and marketing partners.

2. Purpose of Collection

2.1 We collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Provide our services and its features to you, including:
  • Ensuring the contents of Nimbus Home Services are presented in the best way for you and your computer (or mobile device); 
  • Providing you with information about products or services that you request for or which we consider may be of interest to you; 
  • Allowing you to use various features of the Nimbus Home Services;
  • Measuring and improving the Nimbus Home Services and its features;

  4. Enforce our T&Cs;
  5. Generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how people use the Nimbus Home Services;

5.1 You may at any time delete your Personal Data by requesting the same through Nimbus Homes will notify you of the acceptance/confirmation of such deletion. All your Personal Data will be deleted from our systems within 7 Business Days from the date of notice of confirmation of deletion, save as to aggregated data and to the extent required to facilitate compliance with global industry standards of data retention

6.1 We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Once it is no longer needed, we will securely dispose of your personal data in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act and within an operationally reasonable period of time.

7.1 We may transfer your personal data to our service providers or affiliates located outside of Singapore. Nimbus Homes Services are hosted in Singapore, whilst our storage servers are hosted in the United States of America. By using the Nimbus Homes Services, you hereby authorise the transfer, storage, and use of your Personal Data in Singapore and United States of America and to the extent that is allowed by the PDPA. 

7.2 We will take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are lawful and that your personal data remains protected.

  • Provide and improve our services, such as processing your booking and communicating with you about your cleaning service.
  • Personalize your experience, such as showing you relevant content and offers.

12.1 This privacy policy forms part of the T&Cs of the Nimbus Home Services and shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this privacy policy including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
