Our Services

We offer two types of professional garment care, each tailored to your fabric's needs.

Laundry (Wash & Press)

A per-piece service for items that can be safely laundered with water and detergent. Garments are professionally steam-pressed to a crisp finish and returned on hangers.

Best for: Office shirts, cotton blouses, day dresses and trousers.

Dry Cleaning

A specialized waterless process using premium solvents to dissolve oils and stains without damaging delicate fibers or causing shrinkage.

Best for: Suits, silk, wool, gowns, and items with "Dry Clean Only" labels.

Please Note

We specialize in professional garment care and do not offer "Load Wash" (Wash & Fold). Every item we process is individually inspected, treated, and pressed.

Preparation for Collection

Pack your items in disposable plastic bags, separated by service (e.g., place Laundry items in one bag and Dry Cleaning items in another). This ensures our specialists can process your order accurately and efficiently.

Please ensure all pockets are emptied and any detachable accessories (like brooches or cuff links) are removed prior to turnover.

Free Collection & Delivery

Minimum order of $60 applies. Orders below this incur a $10 transportation fee. Homes in Sentosa require an additional $10 charge.

Seamless Payment

Pay through the Nimbus platform via Credit Card (Stripe) or use your existing Nimbus Points.

Special Care Items

Items with heavy sequins, velvet, or leather trimmings may incur an additional surcharge. Our team will notify you after inspection.

Item Verification

Our specialists verify all items upon receipt. If an item is in a different category than declared, we will adjust the final price accordingly.

Turnaround & Logistics

Book Your Pickup

Book directly through the Nimbus Homes app or website, just like your housekeeping services. Select a convenient time slot for pickup.

Standard Turnaround

4 days if collection is before 11am, 5 days for collection after 11am (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Specialty Items

Complex items (e.g., wedding gowns) or large orders (>20 items) may require 7–14 days to ensure the highest quality of care.

Quality First — We focus on quality and precision; therefore, no express service is available at this time.

Liability & Additional T&Cs

Missing Labels

We always follow the care label. If missing, our specialists will assess the fabric type and condition. Nimbus cannot be held liable for unforeseen reactions.

Damage or Loss

Liability is limited to 10× the cleaning cost or the depreciated value (whichever is lower), with a maximum cap of $150 per item. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Stain Removal

We cannot guarantee 100% removal of every stain, especially those already set into the fabric. We always prioritize fabric integrity to avoid permanent damage.
