At Nimbus, deep cleaning is led by a supervisor and a team of trained and qualified crew to your space. Our workers are all employed as per MOM regulations and are properly insured. We do not engage in freelancers or subcontractors so that we can properly control our service quality.
We provide all equipment, tools and chemicals for deep cleaning. Even if you don't have a single broom in the house, our team will handle the deep cleaning for you. Supervisor and team arrive with all tools and equipment
Supervisor inspects areas of house and take 'Before' photos
Cleaning commences
Upon completion of cleaning, customer is invited to walk through the house for an inspection.
If there is any area of dissatisfaction, the team will rectify and touch up the areas.
Once customer is satisfied, supervisor takes 'After' photos. Customer will sign acknowledgement form and the job will be considered complete.
Our crew are all employed and certified in accordance to the law.

For larger homes, we require a site visit to provide a quotation. An inspection fee of $50 is applicable and payable upon completion of the site visit. A detailed report and quotation will be sent to you within 48 hours of the site visit.
You can offset the inspection fee from the final quotation should you proceed with the requested service. This is not applicable to any other services on our website.
Commonly asked questions regarding tools, insurance, workforce and our general operations
If the house is still being lived in, with furniture and other personal items in the house, it will be considered a deep cleaning.
Generally, the house should be empty or nearly empty of furniture for move in/ move out cleaning.

The process of deep cleaning is as below:
1. Supervisor and team arrives with all tools and equipment
2. Supervisor inspects areas of house
3. Cleaning commences
4. Upon completion of cleaning, customer is invited to walk through the house for an inspection.
5. If there is any area of dissatisfaction, the supervisor will rectify it.
6. Once customer is satisfied, Supervisor takes 'After' photos, the acknowledgement form will be signed and the job will be considered complete.
If the house has a lot of furniture and other personal items, it will be considered a deep cleaning.
