Terms & Conditions:

This Referral Partner Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the same date of registration and acceptance by and between Nimbus Homes, a cleaning services provider with its principal place of business at 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04 Singapore 318992, ("Nimbus Homes") and the Undersigned, a referral partner with the CEA registration number as registered, ("Referral Partner").

WHEREAS, Nimbus Homes provides quality professional cleaning services with invoices to businesses and homeowners, and the Referral Partner has the ability, with a valid CEA registration number, to refer potential customers to Nimbus Homes.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. QUALIFIED REFERRALS
   Referral Partner(s) may refer and book potential customers to Nimbus Homes for cleaning services and selected other services. Nimbus Homes shall pay the Referral Partner a commission fee of $40 ranging for each successful service made and paid in full, as a result of a referral made by the Referral Partner. The Referral Partner MUST ensure the agent code is keyed in at time of booking to qualify. Should booking be made without the agent code, Nimbus homes will not be held to this agreement.
   
2. SERVICES APPLICABLE
   The following services are entitled to the referral program, namely, Professional Move-in / Move-out cleaning, Deep cleaning services, house moving and painting services. Regular housekeeping services shall not be entitled to this referral scheme.
3. PAYMENT
   Payment of the commission fee shall be made by Nimbus Homes to the Referral Partner within 28 days of receipt of payment in full for services rendered. Our supplier payment is on the 7th of every month.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION
   This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue until terminated by either party upon written notice to the Referral Partner email contact provided on sign up, or Nimbus Homes’ Support email. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
   The Referral Partner agrees to keep confidential all information related to Nimbus Homes' business, including customer information, pricing, and marketing strategies.
6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
   The Referral Partner is an independent affiliate partner and is not an employee or agent of Nimbus Homes. The Referral Partner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees related to the commission fee paid by Nimbus Homes.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
8. WAIVER AND VARIATIONS
   A waiver or one-time variation of one or more of the terms of this agreement provided by either party shall not constitute a permanent waiver or variation of agreement; or waiver or variation of any other term not specific to the incident granting the initial waiver or variation.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
   
10. AMENDMENTS
    This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
