Move-out cleaning, also known as end-of-tenancy cleaning, is designed for individuals or families preparing to vacate a residence. The emphasis is on restoring the property to its original state, and ensuring that it is left in impeccable condition for the next occupants or the landlord.
At Nimbus Homes, our move-out cleaning service is designed to ensure that the property is left in impeccable condition and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
At Nimbus Homes, move-in/move-out cleaning is done by a supervisor and a team of trained and qualified cleaning crew in your space. Our workers are all employed as per MOM regulations and are properly insured. We do not engage in freelancers or subcontractors so that we can properly control our service quality.
We provide all equipment, tools and chemicals for deep cleaning. Even if you don't have a single broom in the house, our team will handle the deep cleaning for you. We provide only the best commercial-grade cleaning tools & chemicals to handle cleaning with expertise, all provided at reasonable cleaning rates.
Move in/ move out cleaning is for empty homes with minimal furniture and personal belongings.

Supervisor and team arrives with all tools and equipment
Supervisor inspects areas of house and takes 'Before' photos
Cleaning commences
Upon completion of cleaning, customer is invited to walk through the house for an inspection
If there is any area of dissatisfaction, the supervisor will rectify it
Once customer is satisfied, Supervisor takes 'After' photos, the acknowledgement form will be signed and the job will be considered complete
Our crew are all employed and certified in accordance to the law.

For larger homes, we require a site visit to provide a quotation. An inspection fee of $50 is applicable and payable upon completion of the site visit. A detailed report and quotation will be sent to you within 48 hours of the site visit.
You can offset the inspection fee from the final quotation should you proceed with the requested service. This is not applicable to any other services on our website.

The cost of house cleaning services can vary based on a multitude of factors, including the size of the house, the type of cleaning required, and the location. Custom jobs and other services, such as laundry or focused cleaning on specific areas, may also lead to variations in price. At Nimbus Homes, we request photos or videos of your house before performing our moving-in and moving-out cleaning services because this helps us determine the condition of the house and plan for the scope of work needed on the actual day of cleaning, as well as areas that they need to take care of.
Having a visual understanding of your property also allows us to provide accurate and transparent quotes for our services, ensuring that you receive fair and competitive pricing based on the specific cleaning requirements of your house.
Curtain cleaning is not included in the scope. However, we provide steaming of curtains, which will disinfect them and lift some stains. Take a look at our steaming services here, which can be an add-on to your move-in / move-out cleaning at a discounted price.
Our team is able to climb to a maximum of 2 metres. Hence, they will be safely able to reach fixtures in houses of a normal ceiling height (2.5 - 3 metres).
However, the standard clean does not include high ceilings and fixtures (above 3 metres). If you have such fixtures to be cleaned, please contact our concierge team for a separate quote.
